Lifeline: the education Fund

Below are seven students from Ukraine.

With the support of This Child here, these students from Ukraine are seeking to reclaim their hope for a better future by coming to America. They have entered three schools: the University of New Mexico and Menaul High School in Albuquerque, NM (home to Route 66), and Rabun Gap Nacoochee High School in N.Georgia, both high schools were founded by the Presbyterian Church years ago.

We picked the best and the brightest from our community of families displaced by the war in Ukraine and staff who work with them.

 

        Because we already have partial sponsorship for these students, the remaining cost for tuition, room, insurance, and meals for one student for one year is $8000 or $667 per month. 

 

        Ten people giving $66.70 per month ($2.15 a day per donor, which is about the cost of a Tall Pike at Starbucks), will cover the cost of tuition, insurance, room and meals for one student for one year.
